Interview: Chef Lala Shares How to Get Enough Protein with Milk

When it comes to staying healthy, nutrition plays a critical role. Getting proper nutrients is and important component – and it can be challenging to know how to do so. Chef Lala is a chef and certified nutritionist who has made it her life’s mission to help people get healthy while eating great meals. We had the chance to send Chef Lala some questions about getting enough protein – and using milk to do so as part of the Milk Life Lo Que Nos Hace Fuertes campaign.

This campaign helps add meaning to the phrase “New Year, New You.” As families across America want to start the day [and year] strong, getting enough high-quality protein in the morning is a simple way to make this happen. Decades of research, and hundreds of scientific studies support the benefits of milk and its nutrients.
